final post for 2024 !!!!

As one door closes another one opens !

That's how the saying goes, right?

i never paid much attention to it until i started to write this final blog of 2024, looking back on the past 12 months, then it seems very appropriate.

this time last year, 2024 looked a different picture to the one i now look back on, think that's fair to say !!

what we have achieved in the past 4 months from planning and deciding our logo, to us both learning new skills as well as learning to work together, watching our company slowly grow, moving forward each day. our working days are longer but in a positive way and more so when its for yourself and we are both enjoying it.

So i now look forward to 2025 and all that it will bring.

before then i would like to say the following about 2024...........................................

there are people and companies i am very grateful to,

for their support in different parts of 2024.

To the people, thank you for either keeping in touch, getting in touch, your support and friendship mean more than you will realize, not only has it helped me in the quiet months of this year but i sincerely hope well in to the future.

i wont mention you by name here so as to save any embarrassment for you or any grief from other people !!!

To the suppliers, i am truly grateful for your support and hope i am able to support you all further during 2025.

to my customers, you are an Absolute pleasure to work for and thank you for your trust in moving your cargo.

I have learnt that its true, great customers & suppliers are more than the label we put on them, they become partners and in some cases friends, to you all, i thank you.

biggest thank you goes to my family with a shout out to my sister in-law anna for all the likes on the various platforms we are on and to the boss, for the belief and continued encouragement you give me.

this is my last rambling blog for sure.

Next year i may do a blog, however it will be more focused on events pertaining to shipping and transport and i hope continued growth of reeves logistics rather than the ramblings of a 57 years old !

last but not least, i truly wish everyone, all those who knew me in my previous roles and especially to those i continue to talk to, certainly all in the present and those i am not aware of, i wish you a very happy and joyous christmas with your loved ones, health and happiness for 2025 and i look forward to continuing the journey.
