MY NAME IS SCOTT!
My career in shipping started back in 1988 when my father gave me my first job in shipping.
I have accumulated, over the last 36 + years, an extensive knowledge and foresight within the Shipping/freight forwarding industry.
I have worked in offices in Belgium, Sweden and across Europe & Africa, as well as CLOSE TO HOME IN the UK.
I have been fortunate enough to work for some of the leading shipping/forwarding businesses over the years, gaining expertise in RoRo & Container (LCL/FCL) shipping, trucking AND air freight. I have ALSO been involved with project management, marketing and social media strategy, HELPING EXPAND MY KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRY AND IT'S WONDERFUL CLIENT BASE.
In 2007 I decided to set up 'A1 custom clearance', then joining NMT shipping in 2008 where In 2015 i became the Managing Director.
The INDUSTRY is ever evolving and new paths are constantly being created and so...After my many years in the LOGISTICS BUSINESS, I am excited to be in a position to offer a service (no matter how Big or small) to customers that are looking for that personal, honest, hands on approach. If I do not have the answer myself, I am certain I will know someone who does!
